HR Business Partner - onboarding (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Umber Banking Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 297 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
