HR Business Partner - onboarding (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Loom Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
