HR Business Partner - onboarding (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Thistle Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
