HR Business Partner - onboarding (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Lakeside Telecom Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
