HR Business Partner - onboarding (Reno, NV)

Bright Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Reno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
