HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Bridge Legal Group is a law firm in Birmingham serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 346 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
