HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Vale Financial serves customers across Grand Rapids with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
