HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Cobalt Medical Group is a El Paso company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 845 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
