HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Junction Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
