HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Birch Civic Services supports public agencies in St. Louis with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
