HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Bridge Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
