HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Associates designs and makes medical devices in Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
