HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Fox Insurance Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 932 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
