HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Bright Press is a printer and publisher in Richmond serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 825 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
