HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Hollow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
