HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cross Health Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
