HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Linden Facilities Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
