HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Tampa with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 306 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
