HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Stone Energy Group is an energy provider in Atlanta focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
