HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Maple Press Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
