HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the St. Louis area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
