HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Hartford. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
