HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Fox Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
