HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Corner Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
