HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Oak Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
