HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge North Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
