HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Junction Financial Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
