HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Glen Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Reno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
