HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
