HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Hollow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
