HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Quarry Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
