HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 510 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
