HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 404 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
