HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Haven Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 984 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
