HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Maple Financial serves customers across Houston with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
