HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Oak Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Omaha working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
