HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Mill Health Group is a healthcare provider in Raleigh with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
