HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Harbor Civic Services supports public agencies in Fresno with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
