HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 509 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
