HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Basin Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
