HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
