HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Harbor Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
