HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Kestrel Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
