HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Lakeside Farms Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
