HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Junction Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
