HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Rook Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
