HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Sparrow Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
