HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bright Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
