HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Amber Medical Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
