HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Pike Manufacturing is a Atlanta manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
